For an additional fee, if you prefer, we can have our professional butcher in our butcher shop meat vacuum seal, pack and label your meats. But that’s not all….the lower level of the Lodge houses a Gift Shop fully stocked with our amazing range of creative products, as well as the Copper Bison Tasting Room which features an extensive collection of superior wines from ten different Nebraska wineries, in addition to an impressive selection of bourbons, beer and other spirits.
