The Casa Coquina Del Mar Bed and Breakfast is a family-owned Bed and Breakfast located in Titusville, Florida.

Casa Coquina has had our hearts for many reasons, but mainly we originally fell in love with the beautiful river views as well as its 1920 history and eclectic charm. The Inn was first built as the Oleander Hotel in 1927, but through the years it has also operated as a jazz club and a foster home. Today, the Casa Coquina is a cozy bed and breakfast on Florida's Space Coast with many surrounding attractions and fun things to do.  

All of our accommodations are unique! Each suite, ranging in size from approximately 360 sq. ft to 1100 sq. ft. Each suite features a minimum of a bedroom, sitting room, and private bath, with a few suites having two bedrooms. Our suites are uniquely named - Lighthouse, Topaz, Emerald, Opal, Ruby, Diamond, Sapphire, and Black Pearl - and each has its own layout, decor, and experience. The Casa Coquina is known for its proximity to rocket launches from the nearby Kennedy Space Center that is only 15 minutes away. We are so very fortunate to have an incredible view of the launch pads at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral from our spacious second floor deck. We have shared many rockets launch viewing experiences with our guests and hope to share them with you in the future as well.
